A Perfect Skin Care Routine – Do you know how to take care of your skin? Wish Health shares the informative blog for all women’s who worried about their skin. So read carefully and very gently how to do your skin perfect in our daily routine life.

Use a gentle cleanser twice a day

You can probably relate to this scenario: You keep pressing snooze on your alarm so that when you finally do wake up, you’re rushing to put yourself together and make it out the door without getting to your destination too late. Or, you get back home after a seriously long day at the office, lie down on your bed, and almost instantly fall asleep.

In either case, you might end skipping out on an important step in your skin care routine: washing your face with a facial cleanser. Of course, this isn’t the best situation to find yourself in. If you want to help keep your skin looking its best, the first step in your morning and evening skin care routines should be washing your face—and the first skin care product you should reach for is a facial cleanser.

Apply Eye Cream

The final moisturizing/treatment step of your skincare routine should be eye cream, which hydrates the delicate under-eye area while keeping fine lines and wrinkles at bay. It supports your skin’s natural collagen production while brightening the look of dark circles thanks to its potent vitamin C.

Moisturize

After serum, apply moisturizer to keep your skin balanced, hydrated, and plump. For people with dry skin, reach for a thick moisturizing cream. The last is one of our favorite drugstore moisturizers at the moment. We recommends using your moisturizer as another opportunity to treat your skin. “You want your lotion or moisturizing cream to have some brightening or retinol properties (yes, it’s okay for daytime too!) and then follow that with a light formulation of SPF coverage.”

Spread on Sunscreen

The final step to a well-ordered skincare routine is sunscreen (of course). It’s the best tool for preventing signs of aging—namely hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles. Sunscreen should go after skincare and before makeup. It would not be ideal to put SPF under a lotion or cream moisturizer because, by nature, SPF products block sun’s rays (and anything else) from absorbing into the skin. Just don’t forgo the use of sunscreen for an SPF BB or CC cream. Also recommended amount of SPF for daily wear is 50, and most BB creams provide much less coverage than that. We like Algenist’s Ultra Lightweight UV Defense Fluid SPF 50 ($28), which is lightweight and non-greasy, made for wearing everyday underneath makeup.

Cleanse

“Perfection starts from cleansing,”. We believe that we should always cleanse not only our face but the entire body before going to bed. Taking a shower at night has so many benefits. Our bed should never be in contact with our clothes that we wore outside, or our skin covered with everything from being outside (i.e. dust bacteria and free radicals). Before you sleep, take a cool shower that will lower your body temperature and it can make it easier to doze off into a sound slumber.”

Sleep

The key to the best night time skincare routine? Sleep. But there are certainly some ways you can make even sleeping more effective. “Don’t forget to sleep on a satin pillowcase! It is hypoallergenic, cool and super comfortable”.Also, it will not absorb the products that we just applied on our face.”

If you have acne… apply treatments that work

Whether you’re an adult or a teenager with breakouts, research has long established that the exact same ingredients in a gentle formula are what’s needed to get it under control (irritation from ingredients like SD alcohol, peppermint, or witch hazel only make acne worse). A leave-on 2% BHA exfoliant and an acne treatment with benzoyl peroxide have been shown to be as effective as prescription options. With consistent use (consistency is vital), you will see a reduction in breakouts and red marks, and even blackheads and wrinkles (BHA is that amazing).
